The County Dolphins are coached by Picton resident and swimmer-dad Jeremy Smith who brings a lifetime of swimming in County waters (he's old enough to remember the dive tower at Martin's: if you know, you know), history as a professional swim instructor and a love of competitive swimming (including five years of competitive swimming at the OFSAA level) to his new role. Jeremy is certified as a Fundamentals Coach with Swim Canada, and as a qualified lifeguard with the National Lifesaving Society of Ontario.
