Media Release

By signing below, the Participant or the legal parent/guardian (Parent) hereby agrees and gives the County Dolphins Swim Club their permission to take/record photos/videos of the Participant as part of their participation in County Dolphins Swim Club, and to display, publish or distribute these images/videos and name in the media (e.g. newspapers) or in County Dolphins Swim Club’s promotional documents, website, and/or social media sites. The Participant or the Parent hereby waives any right to approve the use of these images now or in the future, whether the use is known to them or unknown, and waives the right to any royalties related to the use of these images. The Participant or the Parent understands that the images may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside the County Dolphins Swim Club’s control, and will not hold the County Dolphins Swim Club responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
